Q: Are you a part of Pence Construction?

A: No. Pence Northwest Construction was founded in 2007.

Q: Is my project to big/to small?

A: No project is too big or too small for Pence Northwest Construction. From a window install to a large ground up commercial building — there’s not much we won’t do! Please feel free to give us a call and we’d be happy to answer your project questions!

Q: What kind of work/projects do you do?

A: We do both commercial & residential work. From remodels to tenant improvements & much, much more! Please see our Services page for a detailed list.

Q: Do you provide interior design services?

A: We do! Our in-house designer Julie Walters with JW Designs provides interior design services.

Q: Do you provide in house plans/drawings?

A: No. But we work with local architects throughout Oregon and Washington and we would be happy to provide several different options to meet your needs.
